Business Program Manager - EdTech


Job Responsibilities

-Future Generation & Community Skilling
1. Program pre-sales/evangelism: Institutional Program in partnership with Education Skills Lead, Account Teams and WW Learning Inside Training Program Managers
2. CLO execution support working with skills leaders for key philanthropic programs: job seekers, indigenous people, young people and women
3. Responsible for the Future Skills Initiative (FSI) v-team rhythm (meeting, action plan, communication, reporting, checking progress, etc)
4. Mobilize, evangelize, and drive a higher adoption of technology for both Fundamental and Advanced Role Based courses for institutions and students
5. Partnering with Educators & Institutions to embed our fundamentals and advanced cloud course content into their curriculum, and partnering to devise new ways to support talent pipeline and job placement strategies
6. Direct to Student offers and academic certifications: making tech certifications free and accessible to all students in ANZ, championing the value & career benefits, and enabling pathways to employment with our customers and partners
7. Landing strategy and programs through workforce partnerships, universities and other relevant agents to support tech talent pipeline generation in the market. Facilitate the provisioning of talent into our customers and partners to accelerate cloud consumption success. Bring 1:1 strategic consulting as well as building scale through digital platforms

-General / Cross Program
1. End to end skills programs monthly communications outreach to internal APAC Leadership Team status, results, forward view
2. Build regular CLO management review presentation decks for key leadership meetings: locally, and globally
3. CLO/Management Team activity administration: offsites, team events, team meetings
4. CLO admin, calendar support as required
5. Co-ordination of the APAC Skills Council: meeting minutes, follow up of actions, and feed into relevant 6. CLO management reviews
7. Collateral design and written development of APAC Skills Brochure


- Min Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of Program Management experience which includes Program Operations
- Passion about technology, proactive and resourceful to navigate a matrix organization across APAC
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with the confidence to manage different regions and cultures
