· Tertiary qualifications (e.g. Degree or equivalent) in Business, Education, Hospitality or F&B Management
· 10 years as Head of Sales or Recruitment
· Track record of generating revenue and leading regional sales teams with at least $30m top line
· Ability to maximise the benefits and capability of CRM system and data analytics
. Possess strong business acumen within the food services or education sector
. Affinity for disruptive innovations, digital transformations or partnerships and collaborations
. Strong leadership, with results and profit orientation. Ability to communicate clear expectations and set the required standards.
. Ability to communicate in ways that energise a diverse audience in both English and another language (Mandarin or SE Asian language would be preferred)
