Ihre Aufgaben sind:
 Beratung zu Studien- und Forschungsmöglichkeiten in Deutschland sowie zu den Stipendienprogrammen des DAAD (persönlich, online, telefonisch, per E-Mail)
 Durchführung von Online-Informationsveranstaltungen zu Studien- und Forschungsmöglichkeiten in Deutschland für Zielgruppen in Singapur und Malaysia (in Zusammenarbeit mit der DAAD-Aussenstelle Jakarta)
 Planung und Durchführung von Messeteilnahmen und Informationsveranstaltungen an Schulen und Hochschulen in Singapur
 Erstellung von Publikationen, Werbematerialien und Newslettern
 Pflege des Facebook-Auftritts und der Webseite des Informationszentrums mit Wordpress
 Kontaktpflege zu Partnerorganisationen und DAAD-Alumni
 Unterstützung bei Budgetverwaltung und Abrechnung
 Unterstützung bei der Analyse des singapurischen Bildungsmarktes
 Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

 abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (mind. BA); nach Möglichkeit Studienerfahrung in Deutschland
 sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
 sehr gute Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
 sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift
 gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Hochschulsystems
 Sicherheit in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen und mit Online-Kommunikationstools
 Organisationstalent, interkulturelle Kompetenz, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
 Arbeitserfahrung in der Studien- oder Karriereberatung ist erwünscht
 Arbeitserfahrung im Kultur- und Bildungsbereich erwünscht

The DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst - German Academic Exchange Service) is the world’s largest funding organization for the international exchange of students and researchers.
Since it was founded in 1925, more than 2 million scholars in Germany and abroad have received DAAD funding. It is a registered association and its members are German institutions of higher education and student bodies. Its activities go far beyond simply awarding grants and scholarships. The DAAD supports the internationalization of German universities, promotes German studies and the German language abroad, assists developing countries in establishing effective universities and advises decision makers on matters of cultural, education and development policy.
Its head office is in Bonn. It maintains contact with and provides advice to its main partner countries on every continent via a network of regional offices and information centers. DAAD Information Point Singapore was established in 2001. It offers personalized consultations and also actively takes part in most of the school & colleges study fairs in Singapore.
