Gnowbe’s award-winning “one touch authoring” system features group boards for shared learning and engagement, scheduled session deployment, rapid curation accessing multimedia options, gamification, offline access and push notifications. Gnowbe makes learning fun, engaging, and effective enabling understanding, retention and application. It’s powered by robust analytics, CRM system and e-commerce engine to manage learners.

We are looking for someone who is energized by communicating and working cross-functionally with teams across Gnowbe. We are a global team so we invite people who want to be part of a truly cross-cultural team to join us.

We are a high growth enterprise SaaS company so we’re searching for a qualified Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and leadership team. From day one, this individual will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing the program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

This is a role for someone who loves to touch all aspects of the company. You should be entrepreneurial by nature and willing to do whatever it takes to make our company a success!


Objectives of this Role

● Assist and communicate with the CEO in decision-making, calendar management, program management, and initiative implementation
● Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of CEO and leadership team
● Review, design, and execute improvements to organization structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
● Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

● Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
● Oversee daily operations through collaboration with CEO and leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
● Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects
● Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

Skills and Qualifications

● 5+ years in business management or consulting role
● Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
● Strong problem solver
● Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
● Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
● Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives


Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with data analysis
● Experience with budget management
● Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
● Proven success in a project coordination role
● Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
● Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
