National Manager (Sales and Recruitment)

Job Responsibilities

The National Manager, Singapore will oversee all domestic recruitment, marketing, and sales activities across Singapore. In addition, and in collaboration with the the Regional Manager, South East Asia, this role will also work to develop and implement strategies to increase international student recruitment across Singapore.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensure that annual student enrolment and other sales targets are achieved in the Singapore market.
- Develop with the Regional Manager, South East Asia and execute an annual business plan within budgetary limitations.
- Ensure that recruitment staff have clear goals, objectives, and responsibilities that align with INTO’s local and regional strategies.
- Ensure that recruitment staff understand and are optimally using all available sales and technological tools in performing their duties.
- Promote a collaborative environment between individuals, among local stakeholders, and across departments to achieve INTO’s objectives.
- Manage a large and diverse portfolio of partner business entities throughout Singapore.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting requirements are met by all staff.
- Promote the growth of established sales channels and development of new sales channels with our partner business entities within Singapore.
- Provide meaningful and clear regional insight as needed by the Regional Manager, South East Asiar, the senior East Asia management staff, and partner university stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency as necessary among partner universities and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- 3-5 years minimum professional work experience in the education industry.
- Experience working with or for an educational agency.
- Experience working with international students for the purposes of higher education.
- Advanced Manadarin and English language skills.
- Sound knowledge of the US, UK, and Australian secondary and tertiary education systems.
- Experience in the sales of a diversified portfolio of educational products.
- Experience with customer service.
- Eligible for travel to and from the US, UK and Australia.
