Job Responsibilities
The incumbent is to work closely with Nanyang Executive Education (NEE) Country Director to ensure that the clients’ training requirements, the logistic and administrative requirements are arranged and met.
He/She will be responsible for his/her designated vertical revenue streams, maintaining high quality delivery of programs and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
-Provide administrative leadership & direction in the formulation and execution of policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the strategic directions within NEE.
-Support Country Director and facilitate all Business development activities for increased revenues.
-Provide research and strategize on plans to expand across select geographical areas.
-Work with Country Director to ensure that programs and initiatives are accomplished in an effective manner while adhering to all NTU policies and guidelines.
-Work with other Team members and departments for matters of admissions and to complete the admission processes well in time for long duration programs.
-Manage the entire budget of the programs, obtain Dean’s approval, and execute the programs within the approved budgets for every programme.
-Manage the entire spectrum of the programme by analyzing operational needs, projected revenues and expenses as well managing procurement matters and putting up financial approvals.
-Manage and oversee day to day operations of programs that are under his/her charge.
-Interact with Faculty for scheduling, obtaining reading materials, circulating to the participants well in time to ensure World class delivery of programs.
-Supervise and coordinate work of designated staff on supporting the business functions of the programs.
-Perform other related duties incidental to the work or as assigned by your RO/Director/Associate Dean.
-Should be able to work independently
Finance Initiatives
-Work with Country Director on the drafting of budget for clients
-Responsible for the Profit & Loss budget for NEE programs
Personal/Relationship Initiatives
-Maintain contact with all clients/participants to ensure high level of student satisfaction.
-Source for additional manpower such as student assistants, to assist in the programme operations/logistics
-Supervise and organize the current operations team to support business needs
-Review and ensure efficient operational processes are in place
-Provide support for other programs in NEE, if the need arises
Requirements
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree
-Minimum 8 years of experience. Experience in academic environment will be advantageous
-Candidates with prior work experience in business consultancies, as well as organisations that provide Learning & Development / Executive Development would be preferred
-Proficient in general software applications that facilitate work operations.
-Ability to interact with people of varying levels and backgrounds including senior executives & faculty
-Ability to multi-task and meticulous to details
-A pleasant disposition and able to work under tight deadlines
-Good team-player and able to work independently
-Analytical and thorough in his/her thought-process
