Job Responsibilities

- Execute key initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives and branding of the APO.
- Coordinate the curriculum review across all MSc programmes, related to academic governance including curriculum changes and academic collaborations with other institutions.
- Identify and leverage on other operational and administrative opportunities to achieve collaboration and synergy across all postgraduate programmes.
- Provide counselling on student's academic and wellness related matters.
- Resolve students’ queries and appeals in a responsive and equitable manner.
- Develop, implement, and manage alumni engagement strategies and programmes focused on increasing the depth and diversity of the alumni relationship


• Postgraduate degree with at least 6 years of relevant working experience in operations, administration, student recruitment or admissions in higher education.
