Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Assistant Director to lead and manage the operations of the Academic Programme Office (APO) and ensure quality services for students and faculty in the School. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in higher education administration, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
• Lead the APO and provide quality services to students and faculty.
• Oversee all undergraduate academic matters, such as course registration and exams, and resolve student needs.
• Lead and motivate staff, contribute to school objectives, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Enhance the image and brand of the school through website updates and event support.
• Plan and execute key initiatives to achieve school objectives.
• Collaborate with school committees to streamline work processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in higher education administration, student recruitment, or admissions.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions.
• Knowledge of higher education landscape and university organizational structure preferred.
