Job Purpose

This position will fulfill and implement the operations and logistics of non-degree programmes that are managed by Academic Affairs, and holds a secondary portfolio of student recruitment for the LKY School’s graduate programme.
Job Description

Programme Administration

• Responsible for the full-suite of programme management activities; from participant and faculty engagement to providing pre and post programme administrative and logistical arrangements.
• Be the main point of contact for programme participants and actively engage them pre, during and post-programme.
• Work closely with Programme Director and relevant faculty members and provide intelligence and useful information of participants for optimum engagement.
• Manage transactions and correspondence/communication with external partners and vendors.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance and Administrative team in facilitating teaching approvals and payments.
• Participate in outreach and networking events, and support communication/marketing initiatives.
• Review and streamline processes and systems for optimal efficiency and stakeholder experience.

Student Recruitment

• Assist the Head of Student Recruitment to implement marketing & admissions strategy for the region the Senior Executive is assigned to.
• With the support of the Marketing & Communications Unit, direct and create relevant marketing materials for the region.
• Manage potential students' enquiries and assist with the application process.

Other Duties
• If required, other duties as assigned by the department.



• A good bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
• Some relevant work experience in the education/training industry is preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Resilient, resourceful with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
• Strong communication skills (e.g. oral, written, public speaking) and must be comfortable with networking.
• Possess a positive attitude and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multi-functions/ multi-individuals/ multi-cultural situations to achieve desired results.
