Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Provost (Continuous Learning), Office of the Provost, the Senior Manager/Manager, Continuous Learning supports the planning, coordination and implementation of cross-functional initiatives related to continuous learning within the Academic Group and across SIT.

1. Coordinate the planning of CET initiatives to meet evolving strategic directions.
2. Work with Cluster Directors, Director of Programmes, Division Directors and Program Leads to develop, manage and operationalize the competency-based stackable micro-credential (CSM) pathway and micro-credentials across various disciplines.
3. Conduct review of policies and processes to support the roll-out and operational effectiveness of CSM and micro-credentials.
4. Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop plans for CET related activities.
5. Develop and administer information sharing platforms e.g. Sharepoint and related guidelines for effective communications within the Academic Group.

Requirements

1. Good University Degree.
2. Proven track record with experience in areas such as project management, policy and process review as well as management reporting.
3. Prior experience and understanding of education industry and Singapore government policy-making would be a distinct advantage.
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, and able to work well with people at all levels.
