Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our world class sales organisation, improving lives through the power of learning. We have an award winning culture and are growing rapidly across the APAC region. This role will focus on the education sector across APAC particularly Australia and SEA. This is a remote role based in Singapore.

You will :
- Be prospecting, developing, and closing new deals for Udemy for Business customers in the education sector across APAC
- Develop and execute on account plans to deliver on revenue goals
- Create and deliver sales forecasts, updates and share best practices with the rest of Sales
- Sell the Udemy for Business vision
- Coordinate and work cross-functionally with Udemy for Business team (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, key executives) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
I- n the first month, you will get settled, build relationships, learn about our products and GTM strategy, and build a territory plan for the education sector.

In the next few months, you will prioritise and build account plans, leverage your network, prospect, discover, demo and develop solutions to help our customers achieve specific outcomes.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5+ years of closing experience with on-target, enterprise level sales experience in SaaS (education sector experience will be highly regarded)
- A motivated, over-achieving “hunter and closer” mindset. Someone who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A proven track record of selling licenses/products/subscriptions which address the issues and challenges facing education institutions
- A strong knowledge of the APAC market, geographical nuances, procurement process and dynamics
- Experience negotiating business terms with key decision-makers, senior management and critical executives
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
- Teamwork and good communication skills with the ability to mobilise internal resources for team selling
