Established in 2007, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences is an esteemed institution reputed for its international education, world-class faculty, and industry-relevant courses. The subsequent year (2008), Helsinki Polytechnic Stadia and EVTEK University of Applied Sciences were merged to establish the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Ever since its inception,  the university has expanded to 4 campuses: Arabia and Myllypuro Campuses in Helsinki, Karamalmi Campus in Espoo, and Myyrmäki Campus in Vantaa.
