Job/Responsibility

You will be responsible for Identify and develop new continuing education and training (CET) opportunities aligned to organization objectives and strategy, Actively analyze opportunities and targeting suitable organizations to drive new business development, and Lead the team to bring CET/ SkillFuture programmes from idea to fruition

Requirements

Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.

4 years of track record in successful business development and sales in consulting/education/professional services sectors, at least 2 years of experience in managerial/supervisory role.

Prior experience in working in similar roles in an education/training organization would be highly advantageous.

Resourceful, people-centric and enjoy working with industry companies to understand their training needs.

Prior experience with SkillsFuture programmes and setting up a CRM system is highly advantageous.

ACTA / ACLP certification is an added advantage.

Good project management skills and strong coordination and organisational skills.

Results-oriented, with a track record in taking initiative, identifying opportunities, and closing opportunities.

Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build client relationships strategically, developing senior-level relationships for mutually beneficial long-term benefit.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Independent, hands-on, and self-driven team player with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About Company

GIST-TUM Asia was set up in Singapore in 2002, under the Singapore government's Global Schoolhouse Initiative. GIST-TUM Asia currently offers 5 Master of Science programmes, MSc in Industrial Chemistry; MSc in Integrated Circuit Design; MSc in Green Electronics; MSc in Aerospace Engineering; and MSc in Transport and Logistics. The former three programmes are run jointly with either Nanyang Technological University (NTU) or National University of Singapore (NUS) and the latter two programmes are pure TUM programmes.
