Manager, Learning Design & Customer Success (Catapult)




The incumbent will be responsible to grow Catapult’s curriculum through the identification and curation of content and partners that fits Catapult’s 3 Curriculum Pillars (Leadership, Innovation, and Energy for Peak Performance) and Catapult’s promise of experiential and immersive learning experiences which are impactful to the Learner



Training design and delivery skills
Strong executive presence, including workshop facilitation skills
Strong organization and client/account management skills, specifically in written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
Facility with digital and social platforms for conferencing (e.g. Zoom) and collaborating (e.g. MIRO, Mural)
Agile team player with ability to work independently in a start-up like environment, solution orientated (enjoys creative problem solving) with passion and curiosity for learning, good initiative and sense of humour

Bachelor’s Degree required; research, work experience, certification or graduate school qualificationsin Organizational Psychology, Organizational Dynamics, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or similar fields a plus
At least 6 years of experience developing and/or administrating training material with executive training and/or innovation skills building programs
Preferred experience with managing across multiple geographic locations in a virtual context
Knowledge of learning community and training suppliers in the leadership, innovation, and energy for peak performance areas a plus
Experience working in corporate environments; exposure to startup environments a plus
