Vivien Koh is the Founder of a data-driven strategic consulting and digital marketing agency. With over 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience at companies like Google, Oracle, and Dell, she has helped over 11,000 businesses across industries transform through digital marketing and innovation.
She brings together expertise in consulting, training, design, and technology to drive customer experience and sales performance. A former Google senior leader, Vivien led initiatives that tripled revenue and accelerated digital adoption. Additional to LSBF, Vivien also teaches at Singapore Management University, where she was named to the Dean’s Teaching Honour List in AY21/22 and AY23/24.
